This position involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various IT systems to ensure seamless operations. The Technology Specialist will collaborate with different departments to enhance technological capabilities and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Job responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the reliability and security of servers, networks, and databases.

User Support:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance technology literacy among staff.

Software Implementation:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand software needs and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of new software with existing systems.

Security Management:

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements.

Technology Upgrades:

  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and recommend upgrades.
  • Plan and execute the implementation of new technologies.

Documentation:

  • Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Experience:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in network administration, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization.

Communication Skills:
